Dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by special needs, HHFSN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization offering a broad range of life-enhancing programs and services. In addition to our core support for special needs families, we actively serve the wider community by providing critical emergency assistance to strengthen individuals and households during unexpected hardship.
